Your Open Campus Block program in Santiago lasts 6, 12, or 18 weeks and is designed to be completely customizable. You will enroll in CIEE courses and online courses taught through CIEE's global academic partner, ASU, with a wide range of subjects to choose from. Enhance your experience with co-curricular and extracurricular activities while immersing yourself in Chilean culture. Live and learn in Santiago!

Excursions & Activities
CIEE’s excursions and cultural activities in Santiago will open doors for you to explore Chile’s rich diversity, language, culture, history, and timeless beauty in ways that will enhance your time abroad.

Join trekking and hiking activities, where you'll be amazed by the biodiversity and landscapes in the Andes
Participate in Chilean cuisine and crafts workshop in traditional locations like Pomaire or Curacavi
Immerse yourself in cultural activities such as visits to museums, craft fairs, and historic neighborhoods recognized as landmarks in Santiago

Merit-Based Scholarships - $2,500/semester and $750/summer, awarded to students deomonstrating high academic achievement.
Minority Serving Institutions (MIS) Grant - $2,000/semester and $500/summer, guaranteed to all students attending MSIs.
